New Member Named to Mercy Board of Trustees

Mercy Medical Center – Dubuque has named Sister Mary Clare O'Toole, OSF, to the Mercy Board of Trustees. Sister Mary Clare has been responsible for the Sisters of St. Francis’ financial investments, risk management programs, and legal affairs.

Board chairperson Scott Taylor, president of Cartegraph Systems, has been reappointed for a three-year term, along with the following Board members:

• Connie Hardie, community volunteer and chairperson of the Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation board

• Sister Mary Corita Heid, RSM, full-time sister trustee

• Mark Niemer, MD, Medical Associates Clinic rheumatologist
