Substance Abuse Treatment
Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders is available for those individuals who need both mental health/psychiatric services and substance abuse services.
A treatment team headed by a board-certified psychiatrist is staffed by nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and licensed counselors. For treatment information on co-occurring disorders, call 563-589-9299.
Mercy Turning Point Treatment Center works with Mercy Psychiatric Services when inpatient detoxification and stabilization services are complete. Designed for both adults and adolescents, the center offers assistance to those experiencing legal, employment, school, family and/or medical problems related to substance abuse. Outpatient substance abuse treatment services are provided by a team of highly qualified personnel, with individualized services available both mornings and evenings.
