Rural Health and Safety Program provides information,
education, health screenings and protective equipment
to rural adults and children.
Farm safety for children is an important issue facing
farm families today. Children are vulnerable to many
of the same hazards as adults who live and work on farms,
but may be far less capable of understanding those hazards.
Farm Safety Day Camps are held to help increase awareness
of potential dangers around the farm and what to do
in an emergency situation.
