Getting to Green Mercy Nursing has led the charge in the hospital's excellent performance in meeting top-quartile and top-decile targets on core indicators of quality. Nursing chairs and has broad participation on the Getting to Green Committee, which is charged with ensuring that core quality measures are at the highest level of achievement in areas including acute myocardial infarction (AMI), congestive heart failure (CHF), pneumonia, surgery care, patient safety, patient satisfaction and obstetrics. The Getting to Green Committee specifically focuses on performance on the indicators, and our results are among the best in Trinity Health.
