E-cards will be delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Cards arriving after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the following morning. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

If the patient for whom you have ordered the card has been discharged or is not a patient at Mercy Medical Center - Dubuque, the card will not be delivered and will be destroyed in accordance with our confidentiality standards.
