- You may make a check made payable to the Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation and mail it directly to Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation, Mercy Medical Center, 250 Mercy Drive, Dubuque, IA. 52001. Please be sure to note any restrictions, if any, for your gift.
- You may donate online through the Giving Center
- You may also call the Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation at, (563)589-8772, and make a gift over the phone, payable to your credit card.
- You may also make a gift in your will or from your estate. To arrange this, or to obtain more information on how to do this, please call the Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation office at (563) 589-8772.
